@Mark Navarrete True. I’ve had some horrible PM. Even had one run off with our money and a bunch of other investors.

@Ryan Craig. Reading market is currently like all other markets. Low inventory, high prices.

@Anthony Hom. I’m have several buy and hold Properties in the City. I don’t think they are too crazy. A little inconsistent but, not too ridiculous. As long as you have good quality tenants and and even better Property Manager it’s doable.

@Anthony Hom. Reading is a low income city, majority living below the poverty line. Like anywhere else, there are parts that investors want to stay away from. Flipping in this area is becoming big. There are deals to be made, but majority of these deals are moving fast and over asking. Are you wanting to invest in Reading? What are you specifically looking for? Flipping, Buy and Hold?
