Allow dogs, subject to your approval. Require pet deposit. Put something in the front, flowerpots, something for a little curb appeal. Find a low cost fridge. Put a nice little ruffle in front of where the dishwasher is supposed to be, adds a little shabby chic/ cottage look and can be extra storage space for tenants. Clean up pile of branches in back yard. Security deposit = rent. No application fee or refund if they are accepted. Ad comes across as rather negative and demanding, try to reword it to make a bit friendlier.

I have family in Houston, a great city, full of great people. Good to see everyone coming together and organizing the cleanup effort.

We lived in Howard County for 20 years, my husband worked at DOD at Fort Meade. We may move back in the next few years, we will look you up if we do!

A great Realtor that we used was Greg Kinnear if you are in need.

Welcome to the community! We live in Howard County for about 20 years( Dayton, Md) We live in South Carolina now but may move back in a couple of years. Having a construction background will be very helpful for you in your future Real Estate endeavors. If we come back maybe we can get together! Have you looked at Savage, Md for possible flipping opportunities...? We lived there for a while, it is unique as it is Howard County but not quite as expensive as the rest of the county( still expensive) But there might be some good opportunities there. Good luck!
