Im looking to get a heloc on my investment property and just wondering if anyone has any experience with the following:

• Penfed
• Td bank
• Trumark Financial

Alot of places have stop doing helocs all together or only do them for primary homes. Would love to get your experience on any of the lenders above.

Would love to find a builder who can talk about their experience in building container homes. I have researched some Pros & Cons but really want to hear it from some experienced people in the field.

I was googling entrepreneur loans. Any entrepreneurs have any experience with these ArkMortgage?  Seems like a pretty easy no hassle lending option for contractors/small business owners from what I read on the website.

Any other recommendations/experiences that you can share including lenders that understand small business/entrepreneurs? I saw a real estate post about an entrepreneur loan to where you only have to show the last 12 months. Just wanting to understand what my options may be.
