Hi BP!

I am a buy and hold investor in Birmingham, AL and am looking at expanding into the Greenville market. How is the rental market there? Any turnkey providers recommendations?

The rental market is red hot, we own a property management company and have little to no vacancies. Our turnaround time is typically 1-3 weeks. If you ever have any questions feel free to call me anytime.
