Post: Property Manager Looking For Reliable Contractors

Hello BP Community,

My name is Lance, I'm a property manager with Robert C. White & Company based out of North Haven, CT. We are a rapidly growing property management company with an increasing need for reliable vendors that fit our business model for property maintenance. I manage the New Haven properties in our portfolio but we are in most areas of the state at this time. Here is a list of vendor types I am currently looking to open lines of communication with in hopes of working together in the future:

- Appliances Repairs and Sales (either or both)

- **HVAC Repair and Installation**

- Plumbing

- Handyman and/or Home Renovation Specialists

- **Electrician**

- Landscaping & Snow Removal

and More...

If you or anyone you know runs a business that might be open to creating a relationship, please reach out! We have more than enough work to go around but need to beef up our roster a bit. Not all of our jobs are large, but doing quality work on some of our smaller jobs will absolutely pay off when a larger work order comes in and we've built some trust.

Thanks for taking the time to read my post!

Lance

Hello BP, if you are looking for seclusion, look no further. This property is set far back from the road and has a deck with views for miles. With 3 bedrooms and over 1100+ sqft, this one is sure to please! Eligible for FHA 203k financing.

Hello BP,

I'm a newly licensed agent in Connecticut. I've run into a shortage of information on working with landlords as an agent. There are tons of rental properties in my area and I want in on all the action. If anyone can point me in the right direction, where i can find info on dealing with landlords, discussing compensation, and finding leads, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks- Lance

Hello BiggerPockets, I've recently passed my state exam to obtain my real estate license. Im looking to affiliate with a broker who can offer me the best education, as I am looking to move into this full time. As an agent, I wish to specialize in working with investors looking for income producing properties. I'm extremely motivated; just looking for the best possible next step for my career.

Hello everyone on BP,

I have a burning question about finance that is vital in my next step to acquiring my first rental property. I would like to buy a house with my girlfriend and property management myself. Her credit is currently better than mine. My question is if she applies for the mortgage, can I still have equal ownership of the home? If so, what would be the best steps to take?

Loubert Antoine that's great! I'm also interested in multi-family homes. I'm considering house hacking
