Hello BiggerPockets, I've recently passed my state exam to obtain my real estate license. Im looking to affiliate with a broker who can offer me the best education, as I am looking to move into this full time. As an agent, I wish to specialize in working with investors looking for income producing properties. I'm extremely motivated; just looking for the best possible next step for my career.
