My favorite spots in San Diego for house hacking is

1. Seaport Village - right by the water, a little touristy, great restaurants (especially Puesto mexican restaurant) and larger commerical buildings, walking distance from the gaslamp district.

2. Little Italy - nightlife and of course great restaurants and bars, younger crowd

3. Dog beach - for the dog lovers it is the best

Hi my name is Monica and I am building a tik tok account focused on helping and inspiring new investors. If anyone is local in the LA area I will drive to you to do a quick video where you can share

1. How did you get started in Real Estate Investing?

2. What were the biggest challenges you faced in your journey?

3. If you could do it over what would you change?

Lastly, if you have a side business you would like to plug you can tell the audience where to find you and your business name.

I suggest you talk to a real estate attorney they can give you the legal advice on what you can do for the laws relevant to your state. Good luck!

Your property manager works for you, so I get you want them to kind of handle things, however property management can be tricky and they want you to choose because of liability reasons. Remember investing in property is a business and you are the captain of the ship. You gotta make the decisions
