Help removing unwanted guests

Hi, my sister in-law came to stay with us with the understanding she had to get a job and a place in a certain amount of time. There also was an agreement to pay $300 a month to help go towards bills. She has now been here 7 months no job and no rent at all. She is suppose to be out on the first of next month and has absolutely no motivation to leave. What can I do to get her out of my house
