Can you share with people how should they come up with how many properties they need to buy in order to set up for retirement?

Not get rich but live a comfortable retirement without depending on the government. Can you give the people your thoughts on that as well?

Are most investors using Real Estate as a means to generate monthly cash flow to replace their daily job or to set themselves up for retirement income?

We are looking for feedback from Investors on what type of financing programs they need to take their business to the next level.

If they could develop a financing program that really helped them what would that look like?

We are listening and want to hear from you.....

Quote from @Adah N.:

Who owns, flips, is a property manager or realtor in Marietta, GA? Especially the downtown Marietta Square area?  Lots of old homes in and around Marietta Square, why do contractors not tear down and rebuild like they do in most of Atlanta? What is rental market like in Marietta Square area?

@Adah N. Marietta is not like Atlanta. The people up here like the feel of having older homes that are just modernized. So, unless a house needs to be replaced its a better look and feel for the community to modernized. No one want to look or feel like Atlanta. Marietta has character that it would like to maintain.
