Will Improving Land Then Using It For Down Payment Smart ?
I have a parcel of land near lake. Thinking of improving lot with ground work and foundation for small lake houses. Can I then force equity by going to lender and getting better appraisal to use as down payment for loan to bring project to completion ? Thanks
