Hi, as the title says, I'm just starting out and reading stuff here but how do I find a good and trust worthy realtor who is familiar with the DFW metroplex and can help me with my first rental property. Ideally I want a multifamily property but I would also prefer if the realtor has other connections too that he can recommend or works with for the other aspects of buying an investing property like property management, mortgage, inspection, etc. Thanks in advance for your help!

I have no exposure to real estate what so ever, well except for my house and a few REIT's that I own but not to physical investment real estate and I want to get into the long term rental property business and hoping to learn and grow here!
