I'm just starting out, how do I find a good realtor in DFW?

Hi, as the title says, I'm just starting out and reading stuff here but how do I find a good and trust worthy realtor who is familiar with the DFW metroplex and can help me with my first rental property. Ideally I want a multifamily property but I would also prefer if the realtor has other connections too that he can recommend or works with for the other aspects of buying an investing property like property management, mortgage, inspection, etc. Thanks in advance for your help!
