Hi !

I am new to RE investing. I am in the process of building my team. So currently i dont have a Real estate agent. I was advised not to use zillow or truila for comps, but where else do I go? I have a property that looks like a potential deal however i cant come up with my numbers because i dont have comps. Any advice would help!

Thanks guys

Curt Davis Thanks I great the advise! I was considering doing a direct mailing campaign, I was stuck on how to develop a list of seller to send them too. I have a few potential seller doing drive for dollars however it's not a bunch.. Thank you for clarifying if the property had to be free and clear of have a mortgage.

Hi! I am new to investing. My plan is to start wholesaling houses. I've seen a couple for sale by owner properties that I am interested in.. After doing the formula and determining that it is a good deal what is the next step. Do I need to have my team in place? When I say team I mean title company, contractor etc. how do I determine how much repairs cost? Should I have someone in place to do a walk through? Does the property have to be free and clear? Sorry for all the questions! I am really motivated but need guidance! Thanks guys 😊
