Motivated Newbie From Virginia Beach

Hi Guys! 

I am Labraysha Brickhouse from Virginia beach, VA. I am just getting introduced to investing. I've been to a few seminars and luckily avoided the high cost of the coaching packages. I feel that i will be successful. I've been told from the seminars to start off with wholesaling. However i've heard a few different things to start with. I am looking to invest in Richmond, Va, NC, and other parts of Virginia and as well as virtually! I am looking for a way to generate some quick cash and eventually use the cash to expand. Real estate investing will be my vehicle to time and money freedom. I am open to all suggestions. Hope to network with some of you soon!
