Hi !

I am new to RE investing. I am in the process of building my team. So currently i dont have a Real estate agent. I was advised not to use zillow or truila for comps, but where else do I go? I have a property that looks like a potential deal however i cant come up with my numbers because i dont have comps. Any advice would help!

Thanks guys

@Labraysha Brickhouse you need MLS access. You might be able to get access via a service. I know there are several in the Houston area that provide this.

Real estate agents will get tired of running comps all the time for you. Zillow/Truila don't provide accurate comps so you need something better.
