I'm looking for any suggestions for REI friendly insurance companies in the Little Rock, AR area. This is a newly remodeled, turnkey, buy and hold property.

@Mike D'Arrigo @Marlene Goldenberg

Mike, first off I was simply stating that I had no recommendations for her about your company based on my research and that she should do research.  My main recommendation is that she only do business with companies she can trust. Second, your "1500 post and over 600 votes" are certainly not recommendations for Pinnacle Investment by BP users. Not being "unknowns" doesn't say anything about Pinnacle's quality of reputation either.  Third, the fact that you only operate in 2 markets doesn't differentiate you from that many quality Turnkeys.  There are a lot of quality, BP user recommended, companies that operate in only a couple markets (i.e. Memphis Turnkey and JWB).  If you have quality references and substantiated information to offer  Marlene, then maybe your company is right for her.  However, your reply merely contained empty boasts about your BP experience and your company and very little substance to offer investors. Lastly, it's "Myers" not "Meyers".

@Marelene Goldenberg, I've recently done a lot of research on different turnkey companies and I never came across them in my research.  In my opinion, turnkey is a passive investment and a trustworthy company is key to this.  If you can't find many reviews pass, unless you're an experienced investor. If you want to get into those markets I would go with NORADA.  I didn't personally go with them because I wanted to go into a different market, but all my research has shown them to be a great company.

@Charles Moore there's no reason you shouldn't be able to exceed the 1% rent/price ratio in Memphis.  Just because you'll see some positive cash flows doesn't mean the property is a good price.
