Marilyn Mike I'm also in Savannah and have a couple questions about the REIA! I'm going to try to make it out to the next meeting (it will be my first time) is there a fee if I am not a "member"?

I'm currently looking for my first flip, I want to buy and flip atleast one property by the end of this year. If you would like to link up and chat let me know I'm always interested. I actually have a HML lined up right now just waiting for the right deal ...

Hey guys thanks for the input, I do have an HOA but it is not gated. I'm going to be checking with my HOA to see about the mob game in/out fee. Thank you for your input hopefully some others will chime in!
I own a home in the salt creek landing subdivision in Berwick. I have a property management company bidding me at 10% monthly fee, with a 500 $ "finders fee" every time a new tenant moves in and a 175$ lease renewal fee. I'm looking for a better bid that would be more advantageous than what I've been presented. The monthly 10% is understandable and is fine. The "finders fee" and renewal fee is something I'd like to avoid atleast have a lower amount. Where are all of you Savannah property managers at, and for the landlords who do you use?

Hate to wake up an old thread.. especially this late but just doing some reading and wondering if you found a contractor? I'm in the my steps of finding a property to flip. I got a HML lined up, now my partner and I want to make the next step finding our other pieces to the puzzle (contractor/attorney/title company). We want to get things lined up before we pull the trigger, how did these flips turn out for you? Are you still flipping? Would love to chat!
