Hello BP Community! Our group is expanding into the Columbus, OH market. We invest exclusively in mid-size, B/C multifamily assets (80-150 units) in the value-add and core plus spaces.

I am looking for experienced Property Management companies in the Columbus area who focus in that unit range and asset class. Seeking a mid-size operator who is city-wide/regional and is comfortable taking on value-add opportunities.

Absolutely - I’m open to it. Although Cinci doesn’t have near the growth of Columbus, there seems to be less competition here, so I’m able to compete. Which areas in Columbus do you think are up and coming that I should take a harder look at? So far, my fiancé and I have focused on student housing around UC and I like that model. Do you specialize in the area around campus or others?

Cinci has been a great market so far, and seems to be untapped compared to Columbus. I am interested in eventually expanding to other areas of Ohio as well. I will send you a PM so we can compare notes. 

@Phil Hucke that's awesome! Sounds like you have some great experience under your belt. Which areas do you focus in? We just moved into town but I am making it a priority in 2020 to get to as many meetups as I can - do you attend any?
