Hello,

I have a tenant that signed to a 2 year lease that states no pets allowed two months ago.   She is now wanting to get a pet added.  What would be the best route of action?  I do have a pet policy that requires an additional $300 refundable pet security deposit and a $50/mo per pet requirement.
