Yeah I've been a superhost since I started. No other issues with them. I think they just started using their third party company for background checks. Ran my info and then send a flag to airbnb. Just crazy that with airbnb knowing that it was that long ago that they wouldn't give me a variance.

No. They won't allow me to. They said I can appeal my the findings on my record but it's accurate so that's not an option.

Thanks for the suggestion. I've been using vrbo & airbnb for the past 3 years. I've been getting way more traffic from airbnb until they just suspended me last week. I just started using booking.co last week. Hoping I can find a loophole to get back on airbnb - their platform is much more user-friendly.

@JD Martin no it wasn't a felony. Yeah I thought it was pretty crazy too. Just looking for suggestions on how I could go around setting up a listing l under a different profile such as a LLC. Not sure if I can that's why I made the post.

No that's not what im saying but in my case that is the reason I didn't pass there 3rd party background check. Not on here to rant about it. Just looking suggestions on how I could get around it. Like if set up a profile under an LLC would I still have to provide all my personal information and be held under the same check?

My personal account got suspended from airbnb for a DUI being on my record from 2007! Since I'm a "criminal" I cant pass their background check. Looking for advice from hosts that have LLC profiles set up. Could this be a way for me to go around it and list it under an LLC?

Hey Erich any luck with finding a local CPA that reached your needs? Im currently looking for one as well so any tips would be appreciated.
