SOOOO I think I kind of learned the business backwards, I started marketing, sending yellow letters, posting ads and bammm, I have sellers ready to sell, I have already lost 5 sellers because I didn't know how to finish the deal. So before I lose anymore deals I would like to JV with someone who really knows the business and are getting deals done. I currently have to sellers in the NC area ready to sell!!

Is there any one from Virginia that could help me out with the contracts. Also looking to jv with some ppl.
