feeling lost
I don't know what to do, I find a property and to me it sounds like a good deal. but soon as I ask someone else for some advice they say, "the deal not good enough, the numbers are not right"' for instance house 43K for house wholse sale for 55k for house 3/1 1815 sq ft. ARV 65/70k repairs $500-1000. I'm trying to get my first deal but this is what I keep hearing,
