I agree with @Robert Germano, we're partners in a great market. I'm always looking for investment deals for my clients... Keep me in mind if you guys come across anything worthy... I'll do the same. Often times good deals fall through the cracks with some of my investors for a multitude of reasons. Maybe they're on several projects at the moment, or the margin is a little too tight... Often see good deals get passed up on.
