Easy answer is... It depends on the property. It depends on the price point. Yes, maintenance fees can be steep. Last I heard Panorama was $8-900/month. A lot of luxury buildings are comparable but again, depends on what price point you're in and what building/amenities are included.

All casinos having parking garages however, in my opinion it's a hassle to even drive on the strip, lol. Locals prefer side streets... many casinos garages are accessible from side streets as well so, NO it's not particular a hassle to park at a casino. Any more than anywhere else in that area.
