hello everyone I am new to real estate in Las Vegas, Nevada  and I have taken a big interest in wholesaling. I have been doing a lot of research and studying up on what I need to know. I have learned how to create a buyers list along with a lot of other information, but I have had a hard time figuring out how to find the contracts and who can help me with them. any opinions will help me out so i can continue pushing forward in real estate. All comments are welcome thank you in advance.

@Marquis Fobbs Welcome to BP! Check the File Place for contracts. ALWAYS HAVE CONTRACTS REVIEWED BY A LOCAL ATTORNEY.

I wish you the best!

Sincerely,

Eric H.
