I'm in the market to sell some vacant land I own in Port Charlotte Florida and I'm looking for an agent experienced in working with land owners. I would like to do this deal via a 1031 Exchange. Any recommendations??

I'm doing a rehab project in Pensacola and I'm looking for someone or a contractor that can do trash or junk removal. I have some wood and tin that needs to be hauled away from a recent shed demo.The contractor I did use is busy and can't finish the job. Does anyone have any contacts? Much appreciated!
