Hello all,

I am new to private money and would like any and all input on private money. I have a few friends that are willing to put money together to fund deals.  how do we structure this and what legal steps do I take to ensure everyone is covered in case anything happens.  Should I find a real estate lawyer to write up a legal document?  Any lawyers in the Twin Cities, MN that you guys recommend? Thanks in advance.
