Hi guys,

My name is Kusmayadi, but please call me Han.

It is really great to be in BP. I just read several forums and blog. I think that this is the group that I've been looking for.

I'm very new in real estate investing and want to learn more on how to find and get the deal. If anyone from nearby North Bergen in NJ that want to meet and greet and help me to understand more strategies, I will be very interested. BTW, I'm a self employed and I understand that self employed is very hard to get loan so how do we get leverage to get the deal.

Sincerely,

Han
