I've took about a month or 2 off to get my broker's license and started off as a wholesaler. My adventure in real estate has been great thus far . Now I want to take it further in the indianapolis,in area. What are some new things I should do differently since I'm now a broker instead of an investor I would say? How to get in front of people who are actively selling their homes?

I took some time from bp and wholesaling altogether to study for my state exam. I will say from my experience with me wholesaling, working full time, leasing, being a parent and studying it was BRUTAL . But it's done as of now and I couldn't be more excited to get started in Indianapolis,In as a broker now. I hope this encourages someone and also the great thing is I know what brokerage I'll be working for so it's all a blessing in disguise.
