@Leslie Bandy these places in indianapolis would be broad ripple and Fountain square. Bates Hendricks. Broadripple is a very popular like college town where all the young people go in indianapolis to hang out , eat, ect. I would seriously consider investing in these places. @Leslie Bandy sorry for the late response. That really is a vague question. it really just all depends on the particular neighborhood Honestly. different neighborhoods have different price ranges. A turnkey duplex and sfr c neighborhood will have a higher return and lower price of let's say 59,999 versus an b or a neighborhood may have a lower return but maybe priced at 69,999 to 89,999.
