@Joshua T. hit the nail on the head. If you're looking for turnkey you will probably have to move out of the city, maybe into a more suburban area. If you are looking for a triplex, expect to pay a little more, because we are all looking for triplexes in B neighborhoods. If you are willing to put a little more effort and rehab a property, you might be able to be a decent area, but then you have to account for the rehab cost
