@Oumarou Yarga I had the same problem with my lender. It was a nightmare. The minute I said I was going to report them to CfPB Consumer Financial Protection Bureau the owner called me within the hour and my problems we fixed fast the following day. They DO NOT want to be reported. You can also throw in that your reporting them to the attorney general. Good luck and try what I said!!

Hi BP community! We are looking at property to brrrrr in the Waterloo area of Cleveland Ohio. Our biggest concern is the crime. We would appreciated any feedback about the area from anyone who knows that area. What do you think?

Hi, We currently have a rental property that we make $450 on each month. Our equity in the rental is $100k maybe a bit more if we make some updates. We remodeled the home we currently live in and are nearly done. Our equity is $100k+. We are thinking of selling both properties in the spring to purchase more properties. I would like feedback on what other people have done or suggestions. The market where we live is somewhat high right now and Is not the best market to buy in. Were thinking about Buurring or multifamily out of state. Should we re-fi, HELOC or sell our properties?
