@Justin Gottuso sounds good justin. Now I'm leaving in my primary residence I put 3% down and I'm looking for my 3rd property, I got approved for 100k I'm thinking in GA and OH. 50k rent 650/ 750 sounds good.

Hey guy,  I live in Connecticut.  I'm just starting as a real state investor. I bought my first property  in Tennessee a year ago, now I'm getting ready for the second one, but I want to get more knowledge about investing RS. Also I would like to know about good location for investing. Please any suggestions, I'll appreciate it.
