hello, I own about 100 units split between 6 buildings within 2 miles of each other. All buildings are at least 50 years old but in decent shape. I'm considering firing my management company and managing them myself, hiring one full time maintenance person. Can anyone give me a sense of how much time I can expect to spend managing, assuming I plan to pay someone to do all maintenance, cleaning, and landscaping. I might even outsource leasing, although that is up for debate. Thanks for your insight!
