Good morning! I’ll be closing on my first rental property in a few weeks. It’s an owner financed deal and I’m curious to how most people pay the insurance premiums and taxes. Do you find a 3rd party escrow company and pay ahead like a traditional mortgage? Do you just pay your premiums monthly and taxes when they are due?

@Engelo Rumora I’m a huge fan of 43609 west of Spencer st. I agree 110% about 43608 and 43605 they both are pretty rough. I’m a Toledo Fire Fighter and I work primarily 43605 and I see things from a totally different angle haha

@Walter Pineda 43609 is divided into 2 parts. The elementary school would have to be Arlington or Burroughs. If it’s Walbridge or Jones that’s where your D class starts.

Toledo is a great city to invest for cash flow. I'd suggest getting with a guy like @Dave Poeppelmeier and having a conversation about what you're looking for. He can help you decide if Toledo is the right fit for you. Good luck on your search.
