I also recommend REIAGC (real estate investors association, our local is one of the best in the country for the beginners, they do a lot of effort running it) and Best Ever Cincinnati MeetUp.

But small group is great for accountability and brainstorming 👍🏻

I'm in the program right now. Really enjoying it. If you're at the stage where you need to get more detail than you can get out of a book, the real nuts and bolts stuff, then it's a great option. Pretty cost effective when compared to some other mentorship programs, and if you're primarily looking to raise capital, it's right up that alley.

Feel free to reach out if you'd like to discuss it.

The website doesn't mention the cost. Would you happen to know it offhand?

5k, but he has a good discount next few hours.

Is it ACN? How was your experience? Do you still keep it for your MF properties?

One of the best events I attended as well. Great audience, Tim and his team answer absolutely all questions and very transparent about his business model and operations.

Old topic, but did anybody else try RentTrack for the same purpose?

Hi Konstantin, I can't really speak for RentTrack. I will say, I'm happy to hear that you're doing your research on a platform that can help with managing things moving forward though. There are a lot of great options out there; aside from providing the basics (ie. listing tool to get the property published to 10+ major sites, scheduling tool to schedule viewings, tenant screening with comprehensive applications which include nationwide criminal background checks + credit checks + eviction history, digital lease creation tool, rent collection tool, and maintenance tracking tool), some services also offer your tenants additional capabilities which makes it an easier sell on your end when getting them to transition over (ie. all of the other tools in addition to their ability to report on-time rent payments to the credit bureaus; this can create an added incentive for making sure they pay that rent on time). Happy to answer any questions you might have.

Avail looks like a robust and nice platform. Didn't like this part though: "no late payments reported" ;) And it reports only to one bureau.

@Karen O. @Rob B., thanks for your input!

We use Buildium already, so looking for something that we can integrate into it or separately. Without changing a whole PM system.

I'll check Avail though, have never heard about it and sounds like you did a lot of work already!

@John TaylorI'm not familiar with Guarantee but I'll look it up...maybe it will provide the opportunity to help and have some peace of mind too.

Found this old thread :)
How it did work out for you?
