Hunter Thompson's Cash Flow Connections Mentorship Program???

Has anyone participated in Hunter Thompson's Cash Flow Connections Mentorship Program? Hunter has a podcast that contains a lot of high level information on multifamily and commercial investing. Up to this point, I have only invested in single family homes and duplexes. I would like to level up and learn more about investing in commercial properties (apartments, self-storage, senior living facilities etc.). I am not very familiar with structuring syndication deals either and would like to learn more. If anyone has participated in the CFC mentorship program, please chime in and let me know what was covered in the course and if you got a lot out of the course.
