@Vinney Chopra - Best mentor / investor / motivator.
Hearing @Vinney Chopra at one of the podcasts, I knew he was the doer. I've reached out, invited him to breakfast exactly a year ago, I saw what he was doing in multifamily industry and followed him. Today he is my mentor, I shadowed him in Texas, saw his properties, his company culture, and I can say that @Vinney Chopra is the best mulitifamily syndication businessman and mentor. He does facebook live shows every Friday at 10am PST, and his priceless course can be found on multifamilysyndicationacademy.com

How to build a team when you first get started in multifamily / apartment investing? what course do you take to get started and really start implementing the idea of go out and finding deals. What’s the first thing that you do to get it started?

very inspiring!!!!
is there a forum/post where you explain your strategy with short-term rentals?
and how you aquire them?

I've visited Charlotte in 2016, fell in love with the culture, environment and the people.
I think this city and ovrall state would be great to do business in. (however it feels like it's in a hype, overpriced a bit)

We have an elderly gentleman (seller) who is not on the title of the house.  His wife died last year and he is trying to sell the house in Sacramento (Tahoe Park area) for under 100K.
He filed a probate petition, court ordered that 30% of the profits must go to the heir (a daughter of the deceased wife) which the seller doesn't agree with. (he claims that he doesn't even know her)

As an interested buyer, what can I do to get this deal?
Is there a way I can pay the beneficiary (heir) to sign off / release the deal? (what form would it be?)

looking for advise from attorney, probate lawyer, or someone who had similar experience.

Hello BP.
I'm in a situation where a wholesaler (newbie) brought me a deal where the owner on title passed away without leaving a will to her husband.

the house is paid off.
the elderly man hopes to sell asap and move to his son in Mexico.
how eligible is he to sell it if he's not on the title?

what legal steps should he take?
I'm here to help him but I need guidance.
thanks

AirBnb strategy makes me extra 1-2K a month in cashflow.
also I use VRBO and Booking.com but best experience is with AirBnb (you can filter bad apples)
