I need some help getting over this hump. I recently graduated from college and I've been meeting with some local investors in Cleveland OH but I have yet to do anything. My goal is to start off with house hacking but I don't have any money. I did just get a job to start earning and saving but I just feel stuck. I'm still working on a clear goal to take action but I believe that it's just slowing me down. Does anyone have advice for me?

My next step is to take action. I'm on information overload but now I'm just working on making my goals clear.

Well my plan is to buy & hold multifamily rentals. I'm going to house-hack my first purchase.

I haven't done any deals yet but what would be a better start? Investing first or working with a development company to learn about rehabbing and then finding properties? I'm in Cleveland, OH

Thanks guys. I'm currently applying for different full-time positions in the industry to starting earning income to invest it. I've actually spoken to James Wise about working at Holton Wise but right now I'm looking for a salaried position. Then I'll ease my way into full time investing.

Hello- my name is Kory and I'm new to the forum. I'm looking to invest in my first rental property in the Cleveland area. My goal is to find employment and learn as much as I can.

I have a background in finance and I recently graduated from Ashland University. If anyone has any suggestions please feel free to contact me!

Thanks,

Kory
