Thank you, I'm going to as many classes on wholesaling, and rehabing as possible. There is one that teaches about how to make the proper estimate for repairs. But again thank you for your advice

Nemi, I currently do have a job that I will keep until I'm making enough to pay my bills. I'm reading a lot about how to identify a deal. I would like to make a buyers list before hand to.

I'm new to real estate. I've been reading alot of e-books and watching videos online. (Marcel Umphery & Steph Davis). I also joined the Balitmore Reia. Basically I want to get as much knowledge as I can. Is there anything I need to watch out for? Are there shortcuts that some wholesalers take that I shouldn't?
