http://wiki.answers.com/Q/Cost_of_converting_oil_burner_to_gas_burner

The oil tank isnt in the ground. I was just considering this because I just saw it on the internet. The current set up is radiators and no ac so I would have to duck work ran as well. But that's weird it isnt possible because I got the idea online. http://www.furnacecompare.com/furnaces/convert-to-natural-gas.html

Has anyone did this in the past if so how was your experience? I have a rental 3br row home that currently has oil heating. Im looking into changing it to central air but I just read about converting it to gas. The water heater right next to it is already gas. The oil furnace is only about 6 years old and is in good condition.

Any advice would appreciative.

That was one of my first goals , building a buyers list. Thank You all for your advice I really appreciate it.

So taking the deal doing the upgrades myself and selling? theres alot more money in that right? But what is the down side?

What do you suggest is the next step after wholesaling?

Thats what I was talking about now it makes sense. I understand how to help the contractor but what do you mean by spoon feed the agent? What deals would I be giving them, you dont use an agent when closing right? or did I misunderstand that?

I dont have a problem with going out to find or work deals. I was just saying that my job now I sometimes work 55-60hrs a week. So Im hoping I build up a career in real estate.

Thanks Corry, How hard is it the get the quotes? I guess Im asking what is in it for the agent and contractors?

Well ive been in sales my whole career. Ive been selling cars for the past few years and I make great money but I have 2 little ones at home that I want to spend more time with then ust on Sundays. I love dealing with people but I dont like to talk about things if I dont know about it. I keep reading about being honest and the investors will jump on your properties so that makes me feel good that there is ways once I get started to make the investor love my houses. I just have to make them money. Im going to start working on a buyers list.
