I am an Agent in a great area near San Francisco and Napa. Which I got to begin on our dream path in 2007. My husband and I are looking to become Real Estate Investors. As my husband has amazing skills with the ability of the rehab as he has built beautiful homes from the foundation in Mill Valley. So we have this dream and have had it for years, I am looking into making it a full reality now. What would be the first steps?

Howdy, welcome!

A good start might be to take a personal inventory of what skills and things you have to your advantage that can be leveraged in this business. Then take an inventory of what you don't have but need to also make this work. Then once you know what you need, go out and find it.

I find defining things specifically works well for my style, who knows if that works for everyone though but leveraging what you have at your current disposal is the fastest way to get moving now.
