Hi Tom,

Given our geographical difference I don't think a mentorship is possible but I'm interested in helping. I've been running a web design company the past 9+ years, and have been in the business 18+ years. I can take a look at your current snow plow business website, give feedback and then refer you to my SEO partner for a complimentary audit. There are many strategies and with online marketing it's never a "one size fits all."

Best,

I've heard a lot of good things about Canyon Title but don't have first hand experience with them as a wholesaler. They have quite a few classes and workshops listed on their website.

Welcome to BP! Are there certain areas and types of properties you specialize in?

Have you formed a legal entity, lined up your team of attorney, title company, real estate advisors, general contractors, etc...?

I'm in the same boat and currently working on getting my legal systems in place.

Sorry not much help. Keep digging through BP and asking questions. See if there is a monthly Meetup in your area.

Are you working with a residential real estate agent or a commercial multi-family agent? A commercial broker who is well connected and can make deals offline would be worth looking into. There is also the wholesale marketplace.

The web/online marketing person in me would love to develop a crowdfunding or classifieds website just for local (Denver only) investment property listings. Maybe there is already something out there.

Side Door did recently launch.

The Colorado Department of Agriculture has a lot of great resources. To find ranchers to network with go to their marketplace portal: http://co.foodmarketmaker.com/

For reference here is the main site: https://www.colorado.gov/pacific/agmain/learn-abou...

CDA along with Colorado Proud host a variety of workshops throughout the year. https://www.colorado.gov/agmarkets/colorado-proud

Also check out the USDA and possibly the Colorado Restaurant Association.
