Legitimizing New Wholesaler

Hey there!

I am brand new to real estate investing, so no matter how obvious, any advice will help.

In the next couple months I am planning on starting the marketing for wholesaling in my market (Chicago). I want to be sure that when I'm doing this I come off as a professional so there are some things I'm planning on doing, such as getting a personalized email domain so I'm not emailing prospective sellers from a gmail account - I imagine it will be helpful for building a buyers list as well.

Are there any other things I should be doing on that front?
