Good luck!
Congrats! May I ask how you found tbe property at suchs great price?
Why sell? Do you need to be liquid? Are you not cash flowing? Do you intend to buy a new property? Or are you just tired of real estate.

what are the costs associated with setting up and running each LLC? initial fees and running fees?

I know this is a common point of debate and there doesn't really seem to be 1 correct answer. just curious on everyones thoughts?

Any way to get an updated list?

wow thank you all for the quick great replies. I guess I should clarify my situation more. Paul I have already began reading the amazing guide on here. Marcus hah yes I am in medical school soon to be doctor. Good guess. I also have concerns about the massive debt thank you. Trust me when I say many of my classmates live wayyyyy more lavishly than I do. 300k is with livig relatively cheap these days and the crazy cost of grad school tuition. Lynn yes My salary will be above average, eventually. However residents make only about 50k per year to work 100 hour weeks and barely scraping at interest payments to the debt. Because of my future profession I hope that lenders will be kind but maybe that is just me hoping too much?

Now that you know more of my situation any additional thoughts? Residencies range from 3-7 yrs minimum so why not pay a mortgage since I know I will be in the same spot for multiple years.

Hi y'all! I have over 300k in student debt from undergrad and grad school. Do you think it will be possible to get a loan? After I graduate in June I will have to stay at the same job for minimum 5 years to continue my training. That is why I would love to buy since I know ill be in the same area vs. wasting rent for 5 yrs. Any thoughts or advice or experiences or criticisms are welcome. Thanks!!
