Did anyone here use Atlas financial LLC. Just curious because I spoke with Jeremy Richardson. Sounds legit and no cost up front with 9%-12% interest and 1-2 points. I looked up his business LLc in Florida and is registered to his name. Has anyone done business with this company?

Can you use hard money to do Delayed financing? Or has any one tried this concept?
