Hi BP community! I am looking to potentially invest in a property in the Forth Smith/Van Buren Arkansas area. Has anyone had any success in this area? Or in Arkansas in general? Is there anything to consider when investing in this state that is unique to the area? Thanks!

Investing in NWA is a fantastic idea! Fort Smith is continuing to grow. As I know some have mentioned, investments can be anywhere as long as you have the knowledge, support and resources. Congratulations on the investment journey!
