Hello is there anyone who can guide me to the quickest way to access private lenders from the public records divisions? And do you know if Im able to get this information online? I found out about this doing research and some people are selling "how to" books about it. I believe this is public information and hopeing you can help.

Stay positive! Keep on keeping on. I like the approach of kind rebuttals and try to get them involved. If they choose not to thats on them but you have opened the door. Alot of people hear real estate Investor and think you are automatically liquid. Its a lack of knowledge about how much work is involved thats all. Keep your head high and do what you do.

Hi I ordered the software and I could not use it with my mac. I have to purchase an additional excel software for 130.00. The customer service seems good as they are communicating well and answering in a timely fashion.

About the software I beleive it will give you an edge with rehabs and as investments. It allows you to approach lenders with a very clean, organized and professional looking proposition. As far as how it performs I cannot answer yet.

Awsome and thanks so much for the input. I just spoke to a lender from denver and Im getting to vibe its tough out in colorado. He says so many people chomping at the bit that deals are going full boat from banks even. I really like boulder area was just there last week at CU doing some rehab work. Its beautiful and the people are awsome.

Hi Im new to this sight and am exited about all the available credible advice. I like the fact people are helping people. What a 1st class setup.

That being said I am looking for advice on a location to move to. I am strongly considering Colorado. Also I am interested in finding credible lenders for fix and flip on the 70% rule theory. I have a few deals under my belt now and have done well so far. Im new at wholesaleing and am currentley looking into a mentor program to learn the business.
