Hello everyone! I'm new to colorado and wondering if anybody has any advice about the Denver and Colorado Springs area if there's any room for rehab for flips in that market?? I'm moving my young family in that area and I'm trying to find a good spot to settle down. Is the market still good in your opinion is it going to be available for years to come for fix and flips? Thank you in advance to any advice that I can get.

So many variables in your question. In the end it doesn't matter how much you invest as long as you've got the right deal to invest in. You have to inspect the home check the comps to know where you're at so you don't take a loss. Do your homework on the house that you're purchasing before you make the purchase. Get a title search done get an attorney on your team and the realtors opinion on a after finished price. That'll give you a better idea of where you stand in which place to purchase. ?

I've used Hubzu multiple times. It a most definite they throw properties on the market with title issues. Almost to the point of not being able to handle the caseload. But be sure to have your attorney do a thorough title search. My experience was there was much confusion with who handles what with in that company. If you can get it all ironed out you can get some pretty good deals. I would say not a scam because I canceled deals and did receive refunds with substantial deposits.
