Thanks guys, Im smarter than I look, lol. I just cant believe that these people "Scam Artists" have found another way to do the ole' "Lottery Scheme". I wanted to post this to make other Investors aware of this.

I absolutely agree @jayhinrichs and @johnvo thanks so much for the feedback.

Hello, I am a wholesaler in northern nj that has access to MLS and other connections as well.

Hello,

I posted my deal on Moolah List to find private money lenders. I have been bombarded with alot of offers from so called "Private Money Lenders" one of them imparticular is of Lin Bruce Levy Direct lender of 24 homes construction LLC. He is really interested in my deal and wants to offer me 6% interest rate no prepayment penalty 72% LTV and ( 3 points at which should be payed before closing). Should I be concerned, im afraid of being robbed of my money. I asked for attorney info and he had someone call me im not sure if it was a real attorney because I was busy driving when I recieved the call. Lin is showing alot of interest in my loan, he calls to check to see if I have submitted the info to get the ball rolling. What should I do? Other so called lenders with gmail business emails have been contacting me as well all want upfront money with a guarantee approval.

Hello,

My name is Kinyada M. Frazier I am a wholesaler in Northern New Jersey. I started my career in 2003 working as a Office Assistant for a Investment Firm. I started scouting properties without owning a car, I walked a targeted neighborhood distributing self made "We Buy Houses" flyers door-to-door. Three months later I finally got a lead. A phone call that a woman wanted to sale a pretty good property in Newark New Jersey because she and her husband wanted to liquidate their assets. At this time I didn't know anything about wholesaling or shall I say how to assign a contract, sell a llc, or transactional funding. I didnt know anything about taking control by contracting on the property. I immediately called the two Investors and both was on each end of the telephone line saying dont tell anyone else. I was so nervous and excited at the same time, lol. I eventually gave the info about the deal to the investor that I worked for and she contracted with the couple the same day I made a $5k commission after closing which was generous for a finders fee. This was before online marketing and bandit sign popularity...Just pure hustle and desire to succeed.

I currently have a website, facebook page and other networking platforms that I market on. Im not a newbie im just new to Bigger Pockets and I look forwad to continue learning and making great connections with  industry professionals here.
